Soul of Africa, better known as SoA Leadership, is a registered charity in UK and Sierra Leone, West Africa.SoA Leadership is a small organisation with a BIG idea.Its vision is to make a significant contribution to Africa’s sustainability by developing future leaders with integrity. Our Background Following the devastating war in Sierra Leone, a group of Sierra Leonean diasporas and friends wanted to contribute to ensuring that a war of this magnitude never happened again, not only in Sierra Leone, but throughout Africa. They formed an organisation that was eventually called SoA Leadership. This programme was initially, and continues to be, developed jointly by the Diasporas, young people and the elders in Sierra Leone.
